* Bar-bar peshab aane par 60 gram bhune chane khakar upar se thoda sa gud khaye. Dash deen lagatar sevan karne se bhumutry thik ho jayega. Butho ko jayada deen tak yah khurak leni chahiye. Pachan shakti ydi bigdee hui ho yah pryog kare.
* Sham ko palak ki sabji khane se raat me peshab ke liye baar-baar nahi jana pdta hai.
* Aanar ka chhilka barik karke 4 gram taje pani ke sath deen me do bar khane se msane ki garmi aur peshab ka bar-bar aana thik hota hai.

* Aagar bar-bar pesab ho rha hai to jamun ki guthli ko barik karke 4-4 gram subah 100 gram taje pani se le. 20 deen khaye. khuni dast ko bahut fayba hota hai.
* Muli ka aachar jisme namak aur kali mirch ho rojana khane se tille aur peshab lagkar aur katra aane ko phayda karta hai.
* Subah aur saam ko gud se bana hua til ka ak laddu khane se baar baar pesab aana band ho jata hai. apne aavskta ke anusar 4-5 din tak khaye. Ye sarad ke mausam me atiy uttam hota hai.
* Agar peshab me jalan aur peshab khul kar na ho to 2 chhoti ilaychi ko pishkar phakle aur dudh pile jald aaram hoga.
